Unless prominently and specifically stated otherwise, the information you provide is never shared with anyone other than forceAmp.com employees. How We Gather Information

Order Forms
If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders.

If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. We also use the mailing or email address to send you webinar announcements, renewal notices, and other items of interest. Once you become a customer, we reserve the right to add your company to our published client list. We also reserve the right to post excerpts from reviews on the AppExchange to the product and service review pages of our website.

Log Files
As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a users computer for record-keeping purposes. We do use cookies on this site. forceAmp.com may use both session ID cookies and/or persistent cookies. forceAmp.com safeguards the security of the data you send us with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. Likewise, we urge you to take every precaution to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet. Change your passwords often, use a combination of letters, numbers and symbols, and make sure you use a secure browser.r /> TThe forceAmp.com website uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is required. When entering personal information, we strongly recommend an SSL-enabled web browser. Web browsers developed after Internet Explorer 3 and Netscape 3 use SSL version 3. (For the best experience at the forceAmp.com web site, recommend using Netscape 6, IE 5, or better browsers.) This protects the confidentiality of your personal and credit card information while it is transmitted over the Internet. On some areas of the forceAmp.com web site, users do have the option to use a non-SSL connection. We do this for compatibility for older browsers.

Credit Cards and other Financial Information
For our customers' protection, forceAmp.com does not allow credit card information to be entered via the forceAmp.com web site and we do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Credit card numbers are submitted to a credit card authorization service. This service provides forceAmp.com with credit card validation information only. We do not have access to your personal financial data.
 
Access To Your Personal Information
You always have access to the information we have about you. You may write webmaster@forceAmp.com to have the information changed or removed.

The forceAmp.com web site contains links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by forceAmp.com. Please be aware that forceAmp.com is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. Information Obtained From Third Parties
forceAmp.com does not sell or trade your personal information. We may at times receive contact lists from other organizations. We may send mailings such as brochures to these addresses. Typically, these are one-time mailings, and the data is not entered into our database. If you want to remove yourself from the third party's database, you must contact them directly. These mailings have a brochure code printed on the mailing label. By providing this code, we may be able to tell you from where we received your contact info.

Newsletters And Promotional Email
If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters and promotional communications from forceAmp.com, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communication or by emailing us at sales@forceAmp.com.
